How did KAIRU turn the fish transparent?
Transparent biological specimens are a method of making biological specimens. They were originally used for scientific research. The specimens used by KAIRU come from abandoned fisheries, exotic species or dead organisms in farms. The integrity of the organisms is not destroyed during production. Next, after multiple treatments with chemicals and dyes, the remains of the dying creatures are reborn into beautiful and unique transparent specimens.

The carapace is slender, very soft and tough, the eye frame has no spines, the forehead is usually shorter than the eyestalk, the back of body segments 1-5 is rounded, and the back of body segment 6 is slightly raised. No more than three pairs of telsones or missing. Male individuals have a hook-like copula on the first abdominal branch. The first maxillopod has external limbs and upper limbs, the second maxillopod has only upper limbs, and the third maxillopod and walking legs have no external limbs and have gills.
The red-tailed green shrimp lives in the near-shore environment and is very abundant in quantity. Since it is several times different in price from the cherry blossom shrimp, unscrupulous operators often use the processed red-tailed green shrimp to pass it off as cherry blossom shrimp and sell it.
It is an important economic catch. In terms of acquisition methods, mid-water trawl nets are mostly used. In some areas, triangular nets, lift nets, hand nets, or fire lure nets are used for fishing.
